Billy has been a DRUMMER since the early age of 6 yrs old. He started out playing in the basement (IN New Jersey) with his Father's band, and has not stopped since. He played his first gig on a television talent show at the age of 10. After moving to Albuquerque, he played in the Cibola High School stage band, and at 17, he joined a group of seasoned players in the band Spare Change, where he really learned how to groove. After playing for about a year and half he moved back to New Jersey and joined numerous groups playing such venues as CBGB’s, Folk City, and The Showplace in Dover, among other clubs in the tri-state area. He then migrated back to New Mexico, joining numerous 80’s and 90’s bands and touring New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, and Montana. He has 4 wonderful kids and a Grandson, and says that he has been TRULY BLESSED to have the opportunity to play with all the great players, past and present, in his life.
